After several years of church planting on a new housing estate in Britannia Village in London's Royal Docks, Penny is now pioneering mission work in some of the new housing developments in Kent Thameside. Where she is working with local churches and SEBA South East Baptist Association.

This is part of the largest regeneration project in Europe and as such presents a great opportunity for church planting. In this large and diverse area, Penny describes a new cafe church project in Costa Coffee at the Bluewater Shopping Centre.
