Last November, The Church Army team ran a conference in Sheffield to raise awareness of fresh expressions of church thinking for mission among older people. The day, organised in partnership with The Leveson Centre, was hugely appreciated as this is so often an under-resourced and overlooked area of mission.

By popular request, they are running a repeat of this conference next month at St Michael's Chester Square, London, on October 29th for those in the south of England for whom Sheffield was too far to come.

Bishop Graham Cray will be present and keynote speakers will be CEO of Church Army Mark Russell and Rev Dr James Woodward former director of the Leveson Centre and now Residentiary Canon of St Georges Chapel Windsor.
